What do you need to design a clear aligner case?
A good intraoral scan (STL/PLY) of both arches with a bite. For refinements we also use the previous plan. We return a staged setup with a print-ready STL for each stage plus attachment templates.
Do you plan staging, attachments and IPR?
Yes. We design the tooth-movement staging, plan attachments and IPR, and provide the attachment placement template and stage-by-stage STLs. You review the setup before we finalize.
Can I produce the aligners in my own clinic?
Yes — the workflow is built for in-house production. Print each stage model and thermoform, or print directly if you use a direct-print aligner resin. Compatible with all transparent aligner and thermoforming systems.
How much does aligner design cost?
From $25 USD per arch, quoted per case by number of stages and complexity. Refinements are quoted separately. No contracts or minimum orders.
What is the turnaround?
48–72 business hours for a full setup, with a setup preview for your approval before we deliver the final stage STLs.
