Terms of Service

International dental restoration orders (veneers, crowns, implant restorations and related lab work).

Last updated: July 2026

These terms apply to every case you submit. Placing an order — through the quote form, WhatsApp, email or file upload — constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Eligibility & prescription

Our service is business-to-business only. By ordering, you represent that you are a licensed dental professional (or authorized staff) and that each restoration is ordered as a prescription for a specific patient of record. We do not sell to patients and provide no clinical advice. All clinical decisions, fit verification and seating are the ordering dentist's responsibility.

2. Design approval

For applicable cases we send a digital design preview. Fabrication begins only after your approval (or after 48 hours without changes requested). Requested changes to the design, before fabrication, are included at no charge.

3. Turnaround times

Stated turnaround (typically 3–5 business days plus shipping) is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Times start when we receive usable files or impressions and complete information, and exclude customs delays, courier disruptions and holidays. Rush service, when purchased, is prioritized but likewise not guaranteed.

4. Shipping & risk of loss

Orders ship by international courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS) on DAP/DDU terms with tracking. Title and risk pass to the buyer on delivery to the courier. We are not liable for courier delays or in-transit damage once handed over, though we package to protect fragile restorations and will assist with any courier claim.

5. Customs & duties

The ordering dentist is the importer of record and is responsible for any import duties, taxes or brokerage in the destination country, and for compliance with local requirements for receiving dental devices. We provide accurate commercial documentation for each shipment.

6. Remakes & warranty

If a restoration is defective due to a laboratory error (marginal fit, contacts, or a design not matching an approved preview), we remake it at no charge. This warranty excludes issues caused by inadequate preparation, distorted or incomplete scans or impressions, bite-registration errors, incorrect shade selection, or clinical and patient factors. Our maximum liability for any restoration is limited to remaking it or refunding its unit price.

7. Payment

Standard terms are 50% to begin and 50% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is per unit in USD and quoted per case; shipping is added unless waived by promotion (for example, free shipping on 12+ units). We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, or international bank transfer. Card and PayPal fees are included in the quoted price; bank-transfer fees, if any, are the sender's responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including chair time, patient remakes at your practice, lost revenue, or clinical outcomes. Our total liability for any case will not exceed the amount you paid for that case.

9. Files & confidentiality

Scans, files and case data are used solely to fabricate your order and are handled confidentially. Do not send protected patient identifiers you are not authorized to share; use a case code where possible.

10. Governing law & acceptance

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. We may update them; the version in effect when you place an order applies. Submitting a case confirms you have read and accepted these terms.
