Why practices switch

Domestic-lab quality, without the domestic-lab bill

40–60% lower cost
Transparent per-unit pricing. Keep more margin on every case without cutting corners on materials.
Fast, predictable turnaround
3–5 days in the lab plus tracked shipping. Rush options when you need a case back sooner.
Fully digital workflow
Any scanner works — iTero, Medit, 3Shape, Primescan. No account fees, no proprietary lock-in.
Approve before we fabricate
A 3D design preview on every case, so the esthetics are right before anything is pressed or milled.
Remake guarantee
If a unit doesn't fit because of a lab issue, we remake it at no charge. Simple and fair.
Dentist-ordered, compliant
Every case is fabricated to your prescription — the standard lab-to-dentist model. We never sell to patients.
Materials

Matched to the indication and the smile

Lithium disilicate (e.max)
The workhorse for esthetic veneers — excellent strength-to-beauty ratio, pressed or milled, ideal for most anterior cases.
Feldspathic porcelain
Layered by hand for the most lifelike translucency and depth. The choice for high-end, ultra-thin esthetic cases.
Zirconia
Monolithic strength when durability leads — bruxers, thin-prep or no-prep cases that need maximum resistance.
How the compliant workflow works: restorations are custom-fabricated to the prescription of the treating, licensed dentist, who provides the scan or impression and seats the final veneer. This is the same lab-to-dentist model used across the industry. We do not market or sell restorations directly to patients.

FAQ

Questions from U.S. dentists

How do I send a case to your lab?
Send a digital intraoral scan (STL/PLY) from any scanner — iTero, Medit, 3Shape, Primescan — or mail a physical impression. Include the shade, prep photos, and your prescription. Start on WhatsApp or upload the files through our case portal, and we confirm receipt the same day.
What materials do you use for veneers?
Lithium disilicate (IPS e.max), hand-layered feldspathic porcelain for maximum esthetics, and monolithic zirconia when strength is the priority. We recommend the material based on the indication and the shade you specify.
What is the turnaround time to the United States?
Design and fabrication typically take 3–5 business days, plus tracked international shipping. Most U.S. cases arrive within 5–8 business days total; rush options are available when you need a case back sooner.
How much can I save versus a domestic lab?
Practices typically save 40–60% per unit compared with U.S. labs, with the same materials and esthetic standards. Pricing is per unit and quoted on request — send a case for an exact quote.
Is this compliant, and who orders the restoration?
Every restoration is fabricated to the prescription of the treating, licensed dentist — the standard lab-to-dentist workflow. You provide the scan or impression and seat the final veneer. We do not sell directly to patients.
What happens if a veneer needs a remake?
Remakes caused by a lab issue are covered at no charge. Because we send a design preview for approval before fabrication, most adjustments are resolved digitally before anything is pressed or milled.
